Speakout Promoters

 

Speakout volunteers receive training in vocal presentation, theatre skills, communication, outreach and press relations.  They make presentations and outreach to other youth and youth-serving agencies across Toronto.

 

Speakout volunteers create skits to deal with youth trends and issues such as problems with friends and family, sexuality, racism, homophobia and violence.  Youth are supported during their presentations by an adult mentor.
