Services
We're completely anonymous and confidential, which means that nothing you say will ever go beyond that phone call. We do not have equipment to trace calls. Therefore, there is no way for us to get any information on who calls unless you choose to share it with us. You can even use a fake name if you don't want to use your real name. It's perfectly fine to do that because your name has nothing to do with the reason you call the line.

Among all of our volunteers, there are several languages spoken. Our list is ever changing depending on our volunteers, but all together we are incredibly multilingual. Our languages include:

We're Youth Too…
H.E.Y.Y. counsellors are all youth. We have gone through extensive training to be able to assist you with whatever issues you may be calling about. And because we're youth too, we may be experiencing similar issues in our own lives. We're not professional counsellors so we're not going to tell you what to do, but we will listen and then ask questions that may help you figure out the issue on your own.

We Listen
H.E.Y.Y. prides itself on offering a very special service. We don't judge you on who you are, or what you've done. But more than that, we won't offer advice. We are here to listen, not to tell you what you should do with your life. As youth we already have enough people telling us what to do. HEYY recognizes that each youth has the power to make his or her own choices and control how to respond to issues in their own lives.
