H.E.Y.Y. is a volunteer-based, peer support and referral service created by youth for youth.

About H.E.Y.Y.

Hearing Every Youth through Youth is a non-profit, anonymous, support and referral community phone line, designed by youth to empower youth in Toronto. The youth volunteers are trained to answer your calls; listen, and talk about issues you may be experiencing. The call is about you and all information is completely confidential. 

Our Services…

We're completely anonymous and confidential, which means that nothing you say will ever go beyond that phone call, TTY or online chat. We do not have equipment to trace calls, and cannot get any information on callers unless you choose to share it with us. You can even use a fake name if you don't want to use your real name. This is perfectly fine because your name has nothing to do with the reason you contact H.E.Y.Y.

We can also help find other services you may need, such as employment agencies, community groups, health education, shelters, etc.
